How to Warm Up for Climbing

Add these 5 Dynamic Exercises to your Warm Up before you climb. Reoccurring stiffness or discomfort can be a sign of a muscle imbalance. Make sure if you are stretching, you know why you are doing it and have a functional goal in mind. Passive stretches have their place - and it is not during warm up!
